Hi I'm Jocelyn, 16-Year Old founder of Prepd

I'm an All-State athlete in volleyball, basketball, and track & field. But one of the hardest things I've ever had to do wasn't a game or a race, it was picking up the phone to talk to a college coach.

"During my own volleyball recruiting process, I realized something uncomfortable: I wasn't prepared. I'd put in thousands of hours perfecting my game, but nobody ever taught me how to actually talk to a coach, what to say, how to say it, or how to show up as myself."

I was lucky enough to figure it out. I got better with every call. And eventually, I verbally committed to play volleyball at Yale University.

But I kept thinking about every athlete who doesn't figure it out, who freezes on the call, stumbles through the visit, or never gets a second chance to make their case. That's why I built Prepd.
